1. What happens with ongoing maintenance and repair costs?

As the Bonus guarantee states, we cover everything related to the upkeep of the home. We will never return to you to ask for money for repairs or maintenance on the property once we have taken it over.

2. What happens during the rental process? How do I know my house is taken care of?

We are co-owners of your property and would never allow for a tenant to enter or changes to be made that would hurt the value of the house. Bonus will handle all aspects of the property management, tenant placement and tenant maintenance process so that the owner does not have to.

3. What if I want to sell my home?

After a 3 year holding period, you are free to sell your home and pay back your Bonus investment whenever you would like. When you sell, Bonus will receive the percentage of the sale price that corresponds to their ownership. For example, if Bonus owns 20% and the house sells for $500,000, they will receive $100,000.

4. Can I purchase my equity back?

Yes. You are able to purchase Bonus' percentage of ownership in the home back at any point after the holding period. To do so, you will need to provide a current 3rd party appraisal report that determines the current market value of the home. From there, Bonus' shares can be purchased at back, and the partnership will conclude.
