1. You apply for Bonus and receive your preliminary offer. You will also be assigned an investment specialist to help you with the process.
2. Once you accept the preliminary offer, Bonus sends out an inspector to your house to determine its value and the repairs needed.
3. After the inspection report and necessary homeowner documentation are received, Bonus will send you a final investment offer.

5. Bonus takes over everything from repairs to placing the perfect tenant in your house, and you are free to sit back, relax and watch your wealth grow over time.
We give you cash in exchange for a stake in the home as a co-owner for the duration of the program, but you will always remain the primary owner. Your name is the only one on the title of the home. We add a lien position on the property for our stake and when you sell or choose to buy back our portion of the equity, the lien will be removed. The option to sell the home or purchase Bonus' stake is at your discretion and can happen at any point after the 3 year holding period.
The lien itself is recorded on the title but will not affect your credit score, as there is no hard credit pull, ever, nor are there payments or interest rates to report to the bureaus.
Using the rental income coming in from the tenant, we take over making the housing payments (mortgage, taxes, insurance, HOA, etc). We guarantee that all the payments are made on time and you will receive updates monthly when the payments are made on your behalf.
After learning how much you need, Bonus will factor in the repairs needed on the home (identified during the home inspection) and present you with a final investment offer.
